The whole experience has been a wonderful surprise! The office staff is friendly, and very helpful! The apartment is adorable, affordable, clean and safe Boulder City is an amazing, little cultural gem in the desert, and so is the Casa de Alicia!!!

Boulder City, Nevada, just 20 miles from Las Vegas, is the perfect place to spend a day. With a quaint atmosphere and beautiful historic charm, you'll find plenty to see and lots to do. Take a stroll down Main Street and peek your head into any of our many unique boutiques or spend a day playing one of our majestic golf courses. Or take a desert hike along any number of trails. And, with the Hoover Dam just minutes away, no matter how you enjoy spending free time, Boulder City has plenty to offer.

Lease Terms

Our lease terms are: 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 13 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
Dog Policy: $300 non-refundable pet fee, Cats & Dogs up to 25 lbs.; $300 pet deposit - $150 Refundable. Only 2 pet per household.
