I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone, the only quality this place has is, it's affordable, and it allows large dogs. Other than that, I am not satisfied at all. I've lived here a year, and when i moved in, they asked us to write down every detail of the apartment that seems broken or needs repair, which i did. we have a hole in our bedroom wall, our garbage disposal doesn't work, our ceiling fan doesn't work, and our front window leaks when it rains. I could go on. I told the office this when we first moved in and they said they'd take care of it, a year later, we still have that hole in our bedroom wall. our air condition went out, as it is getting hotter out, we 'd like to have air, especially with my 11 year old dog, the heat is hard on her. I have been trying to get someone to come in and fix it since last Friday, it is now Monday. they said they'd be in today, so I took off work so i could be home, i called around 10 am to ask when the guy was coming over, i was told that he had to reschedule and that he would be in tomorrow. I had to phone call to let me know, I had to wait at home for him to come in, and yet , I had to call to ask when he was coming. The officer manager told me he couldn't come today and would be in tomorrow. I am pretty upset with having to change my schedule not once, not twice, but three times now. That is just a few issues. Also, they never have dog bags outside, i have to keep calling when they are out, I have called and yet its still a week later without any, i only have so many grocery bags. When we first moved in, we found cock-roaches in our bathroom. they were dead and we didn't see any for a while. They sprayed about a month later. I hate living here, and I wouldn't suggest this place for anyone.
They told us when my boyfriend and I moved in that it was an updated apartment. our stove is ancient and our dishwasher doesn't thoroughly clean our dishes. We have a hole in our bedroom wall that we showed the property managers, they said they would fix this...a year ago, still there. The blinds in our living room and bed room are falling apart, they never came to fix that either. We have found roaches in our kitchen twice now. Granted they said they sprayed, we have still found them. Not wanting to renew the lease.. I wouldn't recommend this place, except for the fact that it is a cheaper complex to rent.
New management is great. The place went to the dogs before this new management came in.
When it rains my roof starts leaking water and also when the snow melts. They never fixed my fan in my living room since I moved in.
Apartments are not worth the money that you pay for rent. Amount that is required to break leawe is ridiculous. I had to break my lease to move for new job and it cost me over $2400 to break my lease. If there's a problem maintenance doesn't come by to fix it. When I moved in to my apartment we put in a work order to have some grout in our bathroom fixed. After a year and a half they said they never got the work order. Office staff is uprofessional. Never dealt with the same person twice.
