I have never had such a terrible experience with any apartment company, let alone customer service company in my life. I am so disappointed and have been treated so poorly. My husband and I got locked out of our apartment after hours. Full disclosure, it was our fault. We left our keys in our car in our garage and left the garage by using the garage door as it was closing. So could not get back in. This was an accident that any human could make, and our first time at that. Because we rent (and lets be real, these apartments are NOT cheap), we expect to have the help and support in times exactly like this. I called the front office, which was obviously closed, but was able to get an emergency number. When I called this, they told me there was nothing they could do. I further explained that we also had our daughter who is not even 2 with us, and our stranded because we cant access our car. They then said our only option was to cal a locksmith and pay to have them come out. At this point I am very upset. I ask if I can speak with someone else, so they transferred me. The supervisor reported the same thing. He stated that they also could not verify that we were the people that lived here so they couldnt help us. He also said that because this was our fault and not a malfunction of the lock, there was nothing they were willing to do. I got upset and said what do you mean you cant verify that we live here, there are lots of ways to verify that we live here, and what is a locksmith going to do thats different? And this man has the audacity to hang up on me. He flat out just hung up the phone. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never recommend a place that has such little compassion for the very people they are serving, and will be moving out the very second my lease is up. This company is heartless and does not care about you, they just want your money.
We love our apartment, it's the perfect place to live!! Great staff, great neighbors and awesome amenities!! Can't beat the fitness center and pool! The location is very convenient for just about everything including quick interstate access!
The apartments are very well designed and are spacious. The garages that we rent are very large and oh so convenient because ours are attached to the building. There have been a few minor things come up, but mostly due to being the first building that was built. Through those and all things though, the apartment manager Sylvia has been amazing! She the best asset The Lux 96 has.
