I have lived at Meridian Club for over three years. The complex has improved through the years. Management has been very friendly and professional. Maintenance usually has problems fixed within a couple days. I continue to have ant issues although unit is sprayed once a month. Some areas are louder than others due to kids running around. A lot of residents do not pick up after their pets either. Parking can also be very difficult with so many residents having multiple cars. Most of these issues you will have at any complex. I just renewed my lease because the benefits outweigh the problems. My main negatives are snow removal and the rent has gone up yearly since moving here. Also keep in mind that electric bills are really high due to lack of insulation. If moving here try to keep out of the middle of the complex because will be louder and more congested. I would recommend but remember its an apartment complex not a home dont expect piece and quiet all the time.

why are you making the current tenants leave when there is no problem... not renewing their contracts? never late on their rent... no problems... heard... 5 years is "limit"

Not the greatest place to live but definately not the worst place to live. It is a busy & full apartment complex so, if you want privacy get a house ppl. That is common sense...

I was really interested in living in these apartments. The floor plans had an open kitchen and they had a washer and dryer in them, which was exactly what I was looking for! However, I had to schedule two separate appointments to tour an apartment. I emailed to schedule an appointment with someone on a Saturday at 2. They confirmed my appointment. When I arrived, I found out that they closed at 2, so I called to reschedule for a Wednesday afternoon. When I showed up for my appointment this time, the doors to the leasing office were locked. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited around thinking they were on another showing. I waited 20 minutes. No one opened the doors. Honestly, this showed me how they treat their current residents and seems like trash to me. Won't ever recommend or think about again. Not worth it.

I want others to see current reviews instead of old ones. I have lived here for almost two years. At first my review would have been zero. Now I really love my apartment. Keep in mind the application process could be really bad. All are not the managements fault. State regulations do add additional problems. Some could be avouded but the person who caused my problems no longer works for the company. I will also say it depends where you live in the complex. My building is toward the outside but in the middle could be really bad with kids, noise, pets. I am on the bottom level and walls are really thin so hear lots of noise and people going up and down stairs. Utility bill is really high also. Due to lack of insulation. Maintenance is much better these days too. If I call the problem is usually fixed with 1-2 days. Most of management has changed during my tenancy. They seem much better now. Also after state inspection maintenance and units have been fixed up. I have had no problems this year but before moving in please watch your neighbors. Like any complex that can make your home bad or good. I also had an ant issue for the first year but the office did attempt to fix the issue. I think it has finally been fixed. Parking can be an issue also. They have the same issues as most apartments. I would recommend these apartment as long as you realize what you are getting. Apartments are not quiet like homes. They are income based also. Rent is lower so don't think it will be living in a beaitiful newer home. If you follow the guidelines you should have no problems once again depending on your unit. Remember thin walls and some ant issues. Much better now than two years ago. Application process is the worst.
