If I could give this place no stars, I would. The upkeep with their buildings is non-existent. We have at LEAST three places where our apartment leaks just from the rain outside coming in through, I'm assuming, spots in the roof; you can hear it coming down inside your walls, and then later, lo and behold, we'll have a huge nasty smelling puddle of water in multiple spots throughout our place.
The hallway inside the building is disgusting and during the hotter months, always smells like vomit and dog.
The carpet in our two bedrooms smells like 500 wet dogs have lived here and have never been cleaned a single time. No matter what kind of carpet cleaners I buy, the smell will not go away. It is disgusting.
No one ever picks up their dog's excrement outside on the grass, so unless your watching VERY carefully ALL the time, you're about to have a bad day with dog poo on your shoe.
The only way to have packages delivered to the apartment is for them to be dropped off at the office. And the office hours are only until 5:00PM. You know, when normal people are just leaving work. So if you're not lucky enough to ever make it back in time to get your packages, you have to wait until the weekend to do it and even then they only have hours on Saturday. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE, they don't currently have weekend hours because only one person is working in the office so instead of having them work on the one weekend day they have for you to get your stuff, they just DON'T HAVE WEEKEND HOURS. So good luck getting your packages!
The walls are paper. thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Especially if you have neighbors that live above you. And we were not lucky enough to get nice upstairs neighbors. It is pretty much noise central 24/7.
For how disgusting this building/apartment is, it also isn't worth the outrageous price of about $1000 a month. We lived in downtown Indianapolis in a MUCH nicer apartment for cheaper than what we pay for this hole.
Do not live here. You will regret it.
Very rude management. Not willing to even listen to Tenant Concerns.
I had a billing question and was waiting for their answer. No one called me back with answer for 2 days and they charged $106 penalty for late rent while I was waiting for their answer for billing questions. The management was not even ready to listen to my concern. VERY VERY RUDE!!
This place is a joke I stayed at a friend's house one night . The maintenance man towed my car for being in a walking path that you cant even see pai Ted on the ground. $200 dollars to gert it out. Place is a scam. I'd rather live at the open door than give them Neanderthals any of my money.
Very rude and inattentive to tenant concerns. Always changing management.
