I lived in 2 different apartments at The Tradition. The first apartment constantly had water in the garage because it was on a slope. There was hardly any parking for guests. The manager also charged me to replace all of the carpet in the apartment due to pet damage. I then decided to stay with The Tradition because the location was great and I did like the apartments. I moved into a larger space and was charged another non refundable pet deposit. The manager would call to complain about friends staying at my apartment and forced me to resign my lease. A few weeks before I moved out of the 2nd apartment, they did an pre-move out inspection. I was never notified that the carpet would need to be replaced until I moved out and received a letter. After calling the manager, she told me that they had to replace ALL of the carpet (bedroom, closets, living room, hallway, even the stairs). They are charged me $1,000 to replace the carpet in my first apartment and $1,800 to replace the carpet in the 2nd apartment. I cleaned my carpets regularly with a Bissell cleaner, and vacuumed with a Dyson Animal. You can't tell me that the carpet was soiled beyond repair. I would not recommend The Tradition if you have animals. Michelle WILL charge you every time. In total I spent $500 for pet deposits and $2,800 for carpet.

Staff has always been kind and more than willing to assist with any matters, and the response time to any situations within the apartment has been amazing and resolved well.

I have always felt my personal needs and concerns were given the utmost of attention. Staff is personable and learn your name quickly. The fact that their annual rent increases stay close to the $ 20-25 per month threshold that was explained to me when I signed on has made a difference in me staying and renewing my lease. If a hike was beyond what they indicated I might feel differently but I trust them to keep their word.

This is the best place to live friendly staff and full secure with gates nice pool so far i lived in different apartments this the best place in omaha so far
