I stumbled upon The Corvina in the summer of 2016 when I was visiting the Old Market Farmers Market, and I was hooked! From the stunning design and fantastic service I received on my tour, I knew there wasn't any other place in Omaha I wanted to call home! When my lease expired out west The Corvina was my 1st call! After I moving in, my expectations continue to be exceeded, from the quality of my apartment to the amenities, this place can't be beat. I feel like I'm on vacation everyday when I come home! The pool and the gym are 2nd to none, and the Staff is always a delight and quick to answer my questions or address any maintenance concerns!
The Corvina is the best place to live in the Old Market! Everything is so upscale and luxurious! The amenities they have accessible for residents is everything you can ask for and more. The staff are very welcoming & always very helpful. The Corvina is definitely the place to live if you chose Downtown Omaha!
This Place is a JOKE. Once you do finally move out of this mess, don't expect to actually get your deposit check refunded in 2 weeks like promised. Going on 4 weeks now and nothing (along with many other residents experiencing the same issue).... and now all the sudden none of the staff knows how to respond to voicemail, e-mails, or texts about the situation. Awful company- Maybe they shouldn't build a brand new building that they clearly can't afford to keep going or hire staff that knows what they're doing.
