Good Lord if you cant find a cleaner, safer place to live than The Bluffs at Cherry Hills youre not even looking!! Ive seen cockroaches the size of mice, mice the size of rats and feces stained bathroom walls and fixtures. This dump is over ridden with rats, while wild cats and dogs chase them up and down the litter-strewn streets. Dont even bother calling Maintenance. I doubt theyve taken a call since this deplorable rat trap was built. If you want to be treated like garbage while living in garbage this is the dump for you. If you long for something better, scratch this deplorably run mess off your must see list. Change it to Must Avoid!!
Every since Scottie got in the office things are starting to look forward and feel more secure she handles things rite away. With out leaving you waiting or wondering. The property is also more clean thank you Scottie. We love you. I wish you could work at every property. Thank you so much.

This is not a safe place to rise children and management is no help their is always these sketchy ppl leaving cars in front of my unit for weeks at a time abandoning them when ive informed the management they say nothing and do nothing but are always threatening to have the residents cars towed for rocks being removed off pavements they treat us residents horrible its clear here that all their after is money!!!
