nobody is ever in the office, and when they are they treat the tennents like they are nobody. they never have never answered the phone when I've called. the plumber put a hole in our living room, now we have a hole and big water spots on the ceiling. this place is like living in the getto and paying $1100.00 for rent
Since Lund has taken over this place has really turned around. Things are getting done and the new maintenance supervisor actually knows what hes doing!!! I would definitely recommend to friends!
Let me start off with all the reasons I love living here....I don't. I've actually never wanted to move out of a unit so fast in my life....I moved in to Terrace Garden in September of 2017. By three weeks in a called in about my ceiling leaking....two weeks later some guy shows up and cuts two holes in my ceiling and then silicones around the knobs and says "That should work."....fast forward to June 2018, my ceiling still has the same holes in it and the ceiling still leaks. After repeatedly calling the previous manager (they flow through here like water down the Colorado River) to report that my bathtub/shower didn't drain and without any response I had to call in an outside plumber. $270 later and the bathtub actually drains again! Why that's my responsibility when it wasn't draining when I first moved in is anybody's guess. Also the upstairs bathroom, if you choose to use it, upon flushing will flush all liquid contents straight out to the floor. Swell. These "freshly renovated" apartments/townhomes must have been renovated by the leasing managers children because all the drywall is NAILED up....guess what happens when you nail up dry wall? It comes loose....so now I have a bunch of loose drywall panels all over the unit...if they don't nail them up then they just slather then up with drywall mud and hope it dries quick enough the panels don't fall down. Somebody should invent some type of drywall screw or something....they'd be rich!
Also don't even try to plug anything into your garage outlet, of which there is one...as if you try to plug in a vacuum to vacuum out your cars you're going to trip the breaker and then be informed you have "too many things plugged in at once." For them to reset the breaker is going to take at least three days so you better hope you have a spare car or are comfortable leaving your garage unlocked all day long...there's a whole list but I only have 2000 characters to review this piece of s#!+
They never answer the phone. Never call back. Poor customer service.
