Do not even bother considering these apartments. They are old, outdated, and way overpriced. I was constantly seeing mold in the laundry area.

I just had an appointment with your office a half hour ago. This was a terrible experience. The "leasing agent" was not only most unfriendly, unhelpful and lacking in any knowledge of her property, she was downright rude. She allowed me to view a unit that was an absolute insult to my time and effort to meet with her. I would never recommend your property to anyone, let alone consider it for myself.

She didn't even bother to introduce herself, but I was able to glean the name Liz out of her. Retrain, fire, or don't expect to rent to any new potential residents!!

If there can be a community gathering on weekends that will help all of us get to know each other.


Also, there are a couple of staff members that should provide customer service to all residents equally irrespective of their age. I myself experienced not being taken too seriously when I brought things to her attention when I moved here.

I would recommend having a Secure Slot for Outgoing Mail. I don't feel comfortable putting outgoing mail in an open area. Anyone can take it at that point.

-Improve maintenance quality and speed
-Improve/upgrade appliances .We feel in 1960 with current appliances
-Very important convert A/C to digital . Unnecessarily paying extra money for gas and oppd
These are the basic things i mentioned.But if you really feel improving the quality of living here then there may be few more.
