The complex use to pay for a carpet cleaning once a year. After several cleanings my carpet has buckled and the complex told me that I would have to pay to have it stretched. That is not fair at all.
I enjoy my residence and believe that the employees care about my needs.
Please do something about the grass around the actual apartments.
I'm concerned that there is no evidence of 'continuous updating'; no master plan going forward to keep from looking increasingly dated.
More recreational activities for residents and a larger lounge.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
