A wonderful living experience that's designed for an enjoyable multicultural melting pot environment.
Work well with me on getting payments in and maintenance is always done
I tried to rent there and come across like they are not eager to rent a place. Most places basically want yo to go through a long process. I have cash to rent asap and good enough credit to rent but delays for whatever reasons. I'm single adult male
Place 72 is a nice small and quiet place to live! Throughout the management change I feel like they are more informative on letting us know whats going on and actually care about this complex! The grounds are well kept and I see someone associated with CIP in the area quite often. I wish there were more washers and dryers in each building or at least updated versions since there is only 1 set and faster drying times would be nice. Other than that, I have lived here for 5 years and everything seems to get better every year!
Someone is smoking in the apartment building. It smells. Also there is no recycling. It would be nice to have a way to recycle on site.
