When I visited the complex, I asked if I would be able to hear the neighbors above me, and if parking was a problem. I was told absolutely not on both items. Parking is horrible. You have to park far away from the skywalk. And, when there are events, the complex will not guarantee residents parking. As far as hearing my neighbors, the tenants above me are always stomping and even running on a treadmill directly over my living room! The pounding on my ceiling is awful! Not worth the costly rent!
Great location. Convenient to restaurants, movies, and groceries. Convenient to downtown and easy access to interstate highways.
Nice apartments with family good amenities. A little expensive and office staff are not very organized or attentive to when things need to be done.
