I love, love,love this place, but my son said it's too far out for him to keep in touch with me, as he lives in Ia.

I've lived here for just over a year, it's not the worst place in Omaha to live by any means, but there are better. The buildings are old, not very updated and when I moved in there were quite a few things broken and it didn't look like they had come in to clean beforehand. In my opinion, a little over priced for what you get.

do not trust them...they wanted my daughter to pay for all new carpet from one small spot I could have removed in a couple minutes. blinds missing that were there when we left the apt. ETC ETC. . you will end up in small claims court or just pay them off..unbelievable that they take advantage of people. and sent us to collection and never contacted her roommate! we are with broadmoor now and they are normal wonderful people to deal with.
