Large, clean, quiet apartmens. Very friendly and professional office and maintenance staff. Nice landscaping. Mature trees. Flowers. Green spaces. Convenient location to Interstate 680, schools, shopping, etc. All total, I have lived at Grandridge for about 18 years.
If I could I would give a "0". When we first moved here, the lady that helped us was nice and knew our situation. Was disappointed when I found out we had new staffing. The first time experience with them they were rude and inconsiderate. It was when a/c units was going out or not working properly. It. Caused our oppd to sky rocket for a few months. The washer/dryer units never worked. Took our money. Signs would say fixed buy always had to dry clothes twice. The laundry Matt in the club house was always dirty, machines never worked. Always said they was getting fixed. Gave up on that and went to the laundry Matt there. The staffing people would try and tell you something good to get you out the door. But then try and be upset with you when you go and confront them, because tenants are feed up. I couldn't wait to leave. Even left a few months early and paid double rent. Ended up having to pay for oppd bill. Even tho, I transfered it back to grandridge. Did the first, initial walk thru with a lady I don't think works there anymore. Who states to me when she saw our carpet, not to worry so much bc they charge a 75 dollar carpet clean. So when I did my cleaning, in which afterwards taken pictures of it. I took the last month rent to the office and asked to do the walk thru. The lady couldn't find our file. And said Valerie isn't here, and when she comes in she will have her call us and took a number down, nobody called us and now they want to charge 572 dollars for new carpet. My husband calls and speaks to Valerie. He told her someone was suppose to call. She tried to flip it on us and say well u knew we had to do the walk thru and said we should of called. We already tried and was told she would call us and didn't. And then said that the staff can't even make judgment on what is being charged til she sees it. Soy husband asked of she seen it, and she said no. And said they haven't done anything to it. And asked if when we can do it with her. We said sat, she said sh
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and are ABSOLUTELY moving as soon as our lease is up in a couple months. The first year was great, but since then, management has changed 3 times.Each time has gotten worse. We have had nothing but issues here from maintenance to nasty neighbors. Not to mention everyone who works in the office are just plain rude. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
I have lived here since January and it has been terrible the entire way. When I first moved in they said it was a livable condition. They didn't have the heat hooked up for the first nine days. They said they were going to put plate over the hole in my closet and wrote it down in front of me (four months ago). They towed my truck today for being parked in lot when they did stripes for parking spots after no dang notice they were doing so. I walk in through the back of the building and park on the side. There were no signs and unless they hand deliver it to the person how can they say they gave a notice. There was no cable to the dang building I live in for the first month. Cable is part of rent package. Allow me to say I've lived in only a few apartments in my life and I'm 31 years old. I stayed in one place for a while...unless I win the powerball and buy this place to show them how to properly manage I will be moving out of this place as soon as.my lease is up. For everything they didn't have in the beginning...they reimbursed $100 credit....how very convenient for them to show how much they care about their brand new tenants. Also...last but not least...it floods where I live and the water was only a half inch from ruining everything I own that's here last week. Thank you for the notice that one of your rescent tenants just moved out the year before after having his stuff ruined by flooding the exact same way. Honesty is the best policy.
