The complex really needs an overhaul. The interior wood flooring is old, dirty and outdated. Looks like the same flooring used when it operated as a school. Although the units are fairly nice, the entrance doors to the property, hallway flooring, and lack of updated appliances take away from the appeal. The hallways could use some attention and be more inviting; like plants, side tables, chairs and lounge. It's looks so dull on the inside.
