I was super excited about this place since they claimed to be pet friendly. They do not allow reptiles, rabbits, ferrets, or anything that isn't a dog or cat. Just a heads up so others don't get their hopes up.
Lived here from 2016-2017. Good place to live and the employees were nice to work with. When ever I had issues the maintenance came pretty quick and fixed the issues. Also when I had complaint's with noise with a neighbor it was resolved. Was never charged any extra fees. When I left I was given my full deposit but I had no dogs and kept my place very clean.
Only negative things are people didn't clean up after their dogs sometimes. Parking was okay but if you came home after 8-9 had to park far away from place.
Apartments are aged and in desperate need of upgrades. Patio/Balconies seem like they are about to fall off the buildings. Found out I am paying the same as the room next to me with more square footage. Office friendly as long as rent is paid and you are not questioning them, maintenance has always been quick. Just found out smoke detector doesn't work (alarm is an ultra quiet whine). No rush to open the pools. Area is awesome. Schools are great. It's a below average complex in a great neighborhood. You can hear neighbors bathroom fans their conversations and just about everything. You can get a comparable apartment at a near-by complex with more amenities for less $. Such as 1.5 bath in a 2 bedroom for 700 a month with indoor year round pool. Doors in unit don't seat correctly so you have issues with closets. Parking is horrendous never enough space but the spaces are roomy. Garages all look dry rotted. Grass is bare, lots of dirt. Lots of well behaved kids around. Laundry rooms are kept clean. It's really a decent place if you can look past it being worn down, almost to the point they need to be COMPLETELY gutted and re-done.
