I haven't got completely moved in yet but compared to other properties in the area these are lacking in appeal. I think the sq.ft is good but they lack in update. Cabinets and appl are old. I haven't been there long enough to have an opinion on safety and security.

I think I am correct in saying that we have a new management company? So, in saying that I am happy for the new carpet, not happy about 3 dogs across the hall although they do clean up after them the hallway (which are cleaned very rarely) seem to always smell like dogs. And if the people above us had not moved we would be moving for sure because their dog was a problem 24/7. Now we are hoping the upstairs is rented again before our lease if up so we can decide if the noise level is acceptable. If not we will move.
