Awful management. Never gets anything done, barely on the property. Has no regard for safety of the tenants. They clearly dont care what happens to their brand new property as the other residents destroy the inside, leave trash everywhere, and let their kids trash the place and drop food everywhere. Disgusting place. Do not rent from HIP

While excited to have my daughter close and in a new complex, very disappointed in the management of complaints. Tenants in the same building are very loud and disruptive at all times. Trash is lying around outside and in the parking lots. Question what is being smoked as very foul odor at all times. Would not recommend living here due to complaints being ignored. Unfortunate as location is great but apparently quality of living does not matter

Welcome to Magic Hill! Located in NW Lincoln near I-80, Magic Hills Apartments offer a wonderful location & nice amenities, all at a fantastic price. All apartments come with a full-size washer/dryer at no additional charge. Kitchen features a dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave mounted above the stove/oven, & a garbage disposal. All cabinets are white finished, and the kitchen is open to the living room allowing for barstool seating. The beautiful hardwood-style flooring covers the entry, kitchen, dining room, living room, as well as the bathrooms. The bathrooms are large and offer plenty of storage and counter space. The living room is large and has a sliding glass door that leads to your patio/deck which includes additional storage closets. Living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans which can help with utility bills. Speaking of utility bills, residents are only responsible for electric service and water. The bedrooms are good sized and have great closet space. The property itself has parking for residents, as well as garages that are available to rent for an additional fee. The clubhouse provides residents with a fitness facility and lounge, free wi-fi as well as a game room. You'll love living at Magic Hills.
