We had rats in our apartment. Maintenance did not take any extra steps as preventive measures. They just filled up a hole that we 'thought' the rats came from.

The location, cleanliness of apartment, good value for money. Generally, the apartment is quite and good family with kids or singles!

I do not like the washers and dryers; especially the washer that doesn't have a full rinse cycle so you can't use fabric softeners. The apartments are not all getting updates as we hoped. There are no non-smoking buildings anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! We apologize for any inconvenience with the washing machines. We are currently in the process of replacing all of the coin operated machines with brand new ones and should have most of them replaced by the end of the this year. If you would like to contact the management office and inform us of what building you live in so that we can get yours on the list as a priority, we would be happy to assist! Additionally, we are converting several buildings in the complex to non-smoking buildings this year! Unfortunately, it does take some time to get all residents transitioned to a new lease agreement for this. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the management office if you have any questions. This place is a joke. It used to be a great place but the manager is so awful. You make a request to get things fixed, they don't. If you have animals, you will be none stop harassed. They fix nothing, the trains go by every 2 hours and are horribly loud. Paper thin walls, poor upkeep, poor maintenance, poor management. Don't rent from this place

It is our goal to deliver exceptional service to all who walk through our doors and we regret to learn we've missed the mark in your instance. As per the terms of the lease, pets are only allowed in our homes after a resident pays a pet fee. Monthly pet rent is also charged. If you require further clarification on our pet policy, please give the office a call. We do take resident safety seriously when it comes to pets and following the pet rules and State laws. You'll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for some additional charges - such as pet rent, utilities, etc. - to slightly increase the overall monthly cost of renting a home. Rent and any additional fees are due in full by the date outlined in the lease. Accounts not paid in full by the grace period may incur late fees.
We would love the opportunity to sit down with you, improve our communication-style with you, clarify any lingering confusion, and address your specific concerns. These were great apartments when we first moved in under the management of CIP. Since moving to the Lund company the competency of office employees has drastically declined. We pay our rent on the first of each month and have received two eviction notices due to lack of rent payment. When confronted the office employees become defensive and unwilling to help. The last time this happened one of our rent checks was in their mailbox which they had not checked for at least 5 days.
