What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lavista

I like that my neighborhood is quiet but near a main street for quick access to downtown and other points of interest. I like being within walking distance of our community center. I like the parks.

It is a tight knit neighborhood. People watch out for each other. It is pet friendly. And there are many parks.

It's quiet, it's small, my neighbors are good people, and we live near shops and a park.

I like that o can barbeque and won't get arrested. The people are so nosey that you know that you are not going to get your house broken into.

I like the apartment complex I live in because of the view and the friendly staff. It feels as though you belong here rather than just pay rent and go away.

Streets and yards have large established trees. Lots of people decorate for Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are plenty of grocery stores, fast food and restaurants, nearby,.
