It is extremely quiet. There is light traffic. Everyone is ultra friendly. I sleep well without any worries or concerns.

QUIET, GOOD PEOPLE, TREE LINED STREETS, GENERALLY OVERALL GREAT LIVING THERE, WOULD NOT TRADE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's tree lined and the trees are beautiful and well grown. The high school is in walking distance and it is close to the middle of the town.
