If you wanted to be threatened by management all the time this is the place for you! The people here suck so bad. They will mess up on your rent payment and then threaten to evict you bc of their mistakes! Also they will tell you everything in the apartment will be fixed by the time you move in. Once you get your keys you will come to find out NOTHING was fixed. My roommate and I walked into our apartment for the first time and it smelled of cigarettes (yum). the dishwasher was flooded and kitchen floor was covered with water (how exciting). There were huge holes in all the doors!!! The ceilings were COVERED in huge chunks of dust :)))). They will also threaten to tow your car if your parked outside of the lines even when its snowing and you cant even see any of the lines!!! rather than nicely tell residents to park the right way they go straight to we will tow your car and you will have to pay for it!!! Doesnt that sound so appealing?? These apartments are as about as cheap as the people working in the office ;) 10/10 do not recommend living here. Anyone want to take over my lease???
Worst Apartment I have ever lived in. Maintenance is rude, and they act like it's an inconvenience to call the emergency line at night. The Air Conditioner for my two bedroom was outdated, and meant for a one bedroom (as I was told by the Maintenance guy), so it would go out ANY time it got over 91 degrees. They would take DAYS if not WEEKS to either FIX the air conditioner or even provide a portable unit to compensate. Things that were broken when I moved in and reported were never fixed, one of which was a ceiling fan that would have been REALLY nice to have when my apartment was 85 degrees at night.
Gavin was great, and one of the other ladies in the front office was VERY pleasant, and would actually try to work with you. The manager was a pretty nasty person and they laughed at me when I said the air conditioner constantly going out was an issue, and I wanted the unit replaced since I had endured no less than three weeks in the summer of 2018 without Air Conditioning, to include a week of record high heat.
The labels on the secure door outside were worn off and never replaced. Also the key hole would break once a month it seemed. It took multiple hours to get someone out to fix it, and they would just drench the lock in DW-40 and leave it for another unwitting victim without ever actually replacing the broken lock.
The buildings were in poor shape, and smelled horrible. If I didn't have air fresheners no matter how hard and deep I cleaned the apartment, it would smell like rotting citrus. And brown gunk would come out of the vents. Also, it was almost impossible to find people from the office to talk to in person. They were always on lunch it seemed, OR would disappear an hour before their posted closing time. again. It was actually almost harder to get a hold of them on the phone, and none of the phone numbers online are the correct number. When I am paying rent to live in an apartment, I don't expect to be treated like dirt.
A great place to live

But when emergency arises I feel that that's where they lack I reported a hot switch plate on the wall to the property assistant and she told me that they'll get to it after lunch which is 30 minutes from when I told her about it I felt there was an emergency to check out this considering it was warm and it was hot I did mention that to her but her response was still will get to it or will send the department out later I'll give you a call
