Parking is so poor, I couldn't get a garage close to my building. Last week i had to park in the hospital parking lot 3 different nights. I am mid age female this is not acceptable.
The Vue Apartments overall are a great place to live. I feel that there should be better parking. The parking situation is horrible, there are never any spots and guests from other people's apartments do take up whatever spots that are available instead of parking by the office. The parking lot is in horrible condition and has huge pot holes all over. The floors were much better before they put the new wood ones in , you can now hear every movement the above tentants make on their floor.
The office is very professional and always willing to listen and offer help when able.
I really loved almost everything about The Vue. Great people, great price, location, and amenities. However, the parking situation makes me not want to move back in. If you had one assigned spot it would make The Vue the best place to live. But if you work past 1700 be prepared to park in the hospital parking lot and walk to your apartment.
Pros: Nice apt size Attached garages Decent fitness center Cons: Not enough sun in apt Unreasonably loud independence weekend and prohibited fireworks on premises The lack of sunlight in the apt caused me to move.
