What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Helena

I like that we are close to the grocery store. I like that our neighbors are a community. I like that we are downtown.

I like the well-lit streets with nice sidewalks and walking trails. There is also a large field where future development will happen, but the developer encourages us to enjoy the open spaces. There is also a very nice park that we used to visit before we even moved here.

I like my neighborhood as it's mostly quiet, the neighbors leave me alone most of the time. There are vholdred riding bikes up and down the streets all the time.

We have a nearby park that's relatively safe and we can do activities there. Otherwise not accessible .
