The facilities are lovely and well maintained, the management is most responsive and attentive, and the tenants seem to be quite respectful of the property, cognizant of the rules and courteous.

I'd like to go into detail about how bad this place is but frankly... I've lost so much sleep and sanity over trying to not be evicted because I used my vaccum to sweep up a broken glass at 10:02pm or cleaning my apartment at 2:00am because I work a night job that I cant afford to stress about it anymore... just know this, NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!!! EXTREAMLY BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!! OVER PRICED POOR QUALITY BUILDING!!!!! Oh and if you try to defend yourself or your case with anything they will send you a letter written on their lawyers letter head... so yeah... just forget about this place and move on

Overall I feel Talus is a clean safe environment to live. I wish the no smoking could be enforced better. The construction finishes could have been done better.

The apartment was brand new when we moved in. The styling was good but the quality of the install is poor. No drawers or cabinets in the kitchen align, several doors close poorly, some of the appliances didn't work properly. The staff was great at addressing some of the issues but not all. The price is pretty staggering for great falls, but it's hard to find something clean anywhere in this town, and also dog friendly.
