Town and Campus Apartments

They do a good job of screening so I don't have to fear my neighbors. Service is great and maintenance is quick.

My wife and I loved living here! We were pleased by how clean the apartment was when we moved in, pleased by how pleasant the management was to work with, (they were always happy to talk to us and swiftly resolved any issues we had), pleased with the laundry facility on site, and very pleased with the good neighbors we had!

Management is amazing, and does a great job of making the place feel safe with thorough screening of potential tenants, security, and maintenance of the overall property. We all know it isn't as safe of a world out there as we wish - especially as a woman - and I personally love that management takes extra precautions for security and safety. It's quiet and smoke-free, and my favorite complex that I've ever lived in.

Honestly the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The location is amazing! The management also does a wonderful job of screening tenants, making sure amenities are well-kept and only being used by tenants, and making the place feel very safe. It's quiet and my favorite apartment I've lived in, and I'm sad to be moving away because of a new job.

As a girl living alone, safety is my number one concern and this apartment complex is the absolute best at making me feel safe and secure in my home. They do a phenomenal job of screening potential tenants, and making sure that those who are using the amenities are actually tenants who live on the property. I also love that the management is extremely reliable, and the grounds are beautifully kept.

I've lived at Town and Campus Apartments for the past year and have loved my time here. The complex is incredibly affordable but comes with key amenities for the price you pay. My one-bedroom apartment is spacious, allowing for breathability in the space between my things. The unit also lot of natural lighting, which was an important aspect for me given the time I spend working from home as a student. My present status as a student also made noise level a key consideration for me when selecting an apartment complex. Town and Campus as a whole is very quiet and does not allow tenants to have parties. Having come from Aspen Springfield, where constant parties with blaring music made getting sleep and focusing on my studies incredibly difficult, Ive really appreciated the complexs consideration of noise levels. Regarding safety, the complex has security cameras surrounding the grounds. The Task 9 service also provides security patrol at night and into the morning. As a young woman living alone, Ive always felt safe. The complex is also close to both downtown and Missouri State University. For commuters to both, the proximity to these locations is amazing. I also cant speak highly enough of the management at Town and Campus. Diane, the assistant manager at the complex, is an incredible human being. She went out of her way to help me find a unit that matched my preferences. When needing to call the office for anything, Diane is always pleasant to speak with and helpful. John, the manager, too has been wonderfully responsive to my needs as a tenant, often attending to needed repairs almost immediately after I call to request a service. Hes constantly working on projects around the grounds to further what the complex can offer. I invested a lot of time into locating such a quality complex. Having scoured the apartment offerings in Springfield, combined with having experienced life as a tenant here, I truly believe Town and Campus is among the best in town.
