I have lived in my apartment here for over 4 years and I am very satisfied with not only management, but also in such areas as maintenance, ground care, ease of getting fast repairs if needed. I love how it is a gated community. The office manager here now is AWESOME. I feel like family. Any short comings have been addressed and corrected. I highly recommend South Valley Apartments.

They never fix anything we ask of them, the apartments are hastily refurbished, and there are a ton of mistakes made, and the rent is a little ridiculous for what you get. Nice to know that after living here for so long, they can just treat their tenants like garbage.

I've been renting here since 2018 and it's only gotten better each year. Current management take their roles seriously and especially during these cold months. Icemelt before it starts definently helps. Ive had packages delivered early while I was out of town and they were super quick to get my packages placed in the office for me to get when I returned. (Helped a ton because porch pirates suck). The management and maintenance staff working now are the best hands down and are super fast to reply to calls,emails and the best yet they added a website option to pay rent so no more running to get money orders or checks. 10/10 easy.
