Silver Springs Apartments

I'm hoping to get approved looks like just what I Want..spacious and not to far from work but still gotta get approved by doing an application and a tour....but really think ill like it.

The worst apartment complex i have ever lived in! If i could give it 0 stars, i would. Management is very rude and unprofessional!!! I had mice in my apartment after living there for 4 days. It took 3-5 months to get this issue resolved which is utterly disgusting. Upon moving out and ending my lease, i wanted to be there for the inspection to avoid being charged for things that i did not do. They refused to allow me to be there when i told them a date. i was then charged for general cleaning of the apartment, a paint touch up, 3 light bulbs, and carpet cleaning. For starters, the paint job was TERRIBLE when i moved in. All in all, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT SILVER SPRINGS APARTMENTS. they are known for charging people for damages that were not present. And they are extremely rude. Not worth the frustration.

Love living here! Any questions I have are answered ASAP! I recently made mistake with Setting up the utilities. Brittany and Hannah (property managers) were very understanding and helped me with setting up the account. Would recommend to family and friends!

Living here has been a breeze! Property Management has been really helpful in any situation good or bad! Thank you Brittany and Hannah :)
