Seasons Three Apartments

I've lived here 3 years and have found nothing negative. The apartments are roomy with a lot of homey touches. Elevator is a plus and the neighbors are wonderful. I wkuld encourage anyone to rent here.

I have live here 9 years nice apartment love that there is a garage. Outside is in need repairs. Wish they would have got all the bugs out the new lease on line before I had to sign it on my computer it took three week before I got it done had to get help to do. Love the balcony an the have nice neighbor. The new maintenance men is good an new manage is great. Like the actives in the cub house

Ive lived here 2 yrs. the inside of my apt is nice other than very outdated appliances so I bought my own. Common areas are ratty. Peeling wallpaper, large water stains and peeling ceilings. We were allowed to decorate the empty walls which helped cover the mess but given 1 days notice all had to be removed, now it looks like an institution. No extras like WiFi are included and charges top dollar for rent. All amenities stop at bld 1&2, if you live in the pet allowed, they dont even get close unless you furnished them, the patio walls are nasty. Bird droppings running down the wall, hasnt been washed down in years if ever. Very rude management company. Maintenance spends 90% of his time being a shadow to the manager, sitting in the office playing games on his phone. The neighbors are quiet and respectful of others.

Its almost time for me to be signing about 40 pages for my 3rd year here, maybe. As far as my neighbors go, everyone who lives here are great, great people. As far as living in building 3, which is the pet building, thats another story. The sign out front says PET FRIENDLY . Limited to bld 3. What it doesnt say is youll always be at the bottom of the list for any updating, major repair needs. The AC that cools the lobbies and halls broke down 6 months ago. The lobbies were staying at 88 to 90 humid degrees & no circulation . Theres several of us that has breathing problems, in a couple months well be facing that problem again and we were told the fix is at the bottom of the list and no future plan of having it fixed. All the amenities end at bld 1 & 2. All the planned projects start and end there. The rent might not be bad for a 2 income couple, but for a single person with one income, its strain. They went all out to build a gazebo which was just for a looks effect in 18 instead of buying some decent chairs for the clubhouse. The ones they have sit so low and no padding. No one cares about using the gazebo because its inaccessible without going thru the pool area. The outside of the buildings hasnt been cleaned in many years. Patio railing Is moldy very undesirable to sit out on. The only thing is, youd never find better neighbors.

They dont seem to have good upkeep of the facility. Broken and overflowing gutters and hallways that smell like a locker room.

I love living at Seasons Three for seniors because everyone is so nice and friendly and we all help one another. Our new manager is so nice and seems to want to do things for us. She has many things on our calendar for us to do, like playing cards and luncheons. Mildred Hodges
