Rosewood Village Apartments

I moved into here not that long ago, they were very kind and helpful getting me into an apartment as soon as possible. It is always quiet and a nice environment, close to places to eat and shopping.

My name is Sarah Scarborough and this apartment complex is amazing! It is quiet and beautiful! The courtyard is well kept and the flowers add a wonderful nature scene that makes me feel like I am at home!

Have lived here since Aug 2022. For the most part, all has be good. There was some serious flooding in my apartment in March 2023 that damaged the floor and the ceiling fan. It didn't get fixed until June 2023. The old management kept dismissing the issue and not making it a priority. Once new Management arrived, it was finally fixed. This has really been the only issue. New Management seems a lot more vigilant to get things fixed, etc than before. Needed my disposal fixed and they had it done within a few days. Needed my mailbox lock replaced and had it done the same day. Didn't have to wait MONTHS like i would've with old Management. New Management actually seems to care. I do wish that the water/garbage fees were included in one and not separate from electricity. And also i wish the pool had shaded areas cos it gets super hot during the extreme summer days. $$ Pet desposit. But overall, apartments are nice for what you get.

Decent apt for price, affordable, not fancy or new but liveable. Generally safe apartment and neighborhood. Been here since 2017, rotating office and maintenance staff so not always available. Simple maintenance jobs are usually answered, might have to be persistent for bigger jobs and still might get sloppy fix for stuff like replacing loose tiles, cracked and molding tub grout, leaving wall and paint rough after installing new toilet etc. Stay here cause it's affordable and better than some "cheap" apartments but rent did get raised $150 over 2 years after the pandemic.

Great place to live! I am going on 3 years now and everything here is run smoothly, maintenance is fantastic and rent is affordable!

It is impossible to get repair work done. I had a leaking hole in my ceiling and it took them a year to repair it. They only repaired it because I contacted the BBB and they sent a letter to the office wanting to investigate. I lived there for 3 years and they continuously raised rent without any improvements on the property. Owned by Wooten Co. Stay away from any of their properties.
