Plainview Park

Highly recommend! Spacious and clean apartments for a great price! Management and maintainance staff are attentive and helpful. The location is great because it's a quiet area but just a block from the main road with a lot of restaurants and things to do!

I have lived at Plainview Park now for 7 years. Although some maintenance issues in the past year were delayed due to lack of manpower, the manager did all he could to make sure they did get completed. I have not had any major issues with noise even though Plainview Rd is quite busy. You will hear some traffic noise but I suppose that depends on how close your apartment is to the road itself. Close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. I have thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the grounds themselves are kept clean! I plan on living here as long as Im able to! I would recommend Plainview Park as a nice place to live!

Just renewed my 11th year lease renting thru Wooten Co. Very nice spacious apt and quiet. Staff is great as well. Great neighborhood and love the pool. Highly recommend

Just signed a lease for my 6th year at Plainview. Quiet area of town, just a 10 or 15 minute drive from downtown Springfield. Easy highway access and convenient location for grocery stores and restaurants. Great management and upkeep of the property. Very spacious, affordable one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings if you're on the top floor. Pet friendly. Traffic in the mornings and evenings into town can get bad, but no other complaints about location.

I recently resigned my lease for Plainview Park apartments because I enjoy living here. The neighborhood is great and the schools are even better.
