If you don't have any rental history, this is a good place to start. Otherwise, neighbors are questionable at times. Pool is pristine, but bug problems are constant and security is an issue. Had my car broken into a few times. Overall a lot of millenials who like to party.

They take amazing care of their units and landscape. It's not a super nice apartment necessarily, but the way they take care of everything makes it feel many times nicer.
