Oakwood Townhomes

We have NEVER had any problem with Oakwood Townhomes it's an awesome place to live, we love it!!

Oakwood Townhomes as been a great experience for a first time renter. The maintenance is generally very prompt and issues are well taken care of.

The Oakwood Townhomes are nothing short of an excellent place to live. Located on the West Central portion of Springfield, with great proximity to Missouri State University and the downtown area you will hard press to find a top-notch living experience with the affordability that Oakwood Townhomes offers.

I currently live in a spacious 3 bedroom townhome with updated features. The included internet is often a forgotten bonus along with the amazing grounds crew that keeps the facility looking great.

Management at Oakwood Townhomes have been very helpful in all my interactions with them. If a problem that needs to be fixed or an emergency comes up, they have always been there to help resolve or fix the issue.

My first living experience alone and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Been at this property for a year now, and just renewed our lease. It's in a good location close to the center of springfield, is student friendly, and has plenty of storage space and washer and dryer hookups (at least in the two bedroom units). Didn't have a problem with me having two pets unlike a couple other complexes, and close to public transit. Though the units are a bit older, the staff works hard to keep them maintained and quickly addresses issues.
