Hi I'm looking for a single bedroom for under about $650 and pet friendly

They can send maintence around to board up one of the only two doors in and out of the building, but they can't fix the one broken step at the same door. Don't expect these people to fix anything because you will be waiting as long as our oven is old. What you should expect is for them to borderline threaten you about the carpets though. They neglected to tell us that they will charge us 3000 dollars for it, until we had moved in of course. My advice is to look for somewhere else unless you're desperate. I'm also mentioning that there are a lot of positive reviews because at one point the complex offered each tenant 200 dollars off of a month of rent if they posted 3 reviews to different sites. Then they asked you to send them the links to each review that you made. We've moved out and they sent us a massive bill for appliances that were broken when we moved in, and that they refused to fix, and also for keys that we returned in full. DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE THEY CAN AND WILL BLEED YOU DRY.

Very close to shopping and restaurants. Great location and prices. They provide a professional and helpful staff. Maintenance has been respectful & polite. They're are amazing at showing up when its needed and are great at communicating what is going on and needs to be done to fix it. The office is very good about getting back in touch with anyone with questions and/or concerns. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.
