Hillcrest 90 Apartments

Really nice location, and the apartments are dirt-cheap for the space you get. Neighborhood is good, and within walking distance of plenty of stores, and the whole complex seems friendly to new neighbors. Definitely recommended!

I have been a resident since 2007 and every time I have needed anything fixed, it has been repaired within a day. The staff of Hillcrest 90 has always been very cooperative & friendly. I am a very happy resident.

Ive had my app in at this apt for about a month now all they said is there a waiting list and my name will b up for a 1 bed April 20th and have heard anything back from since then .

your apartments are is ideal for all my monthly needs for it is close to all the stores I would need with my tardiness dicaniesza it would be easier for me to get to them walking distance. I think it is a very clean and quit area to live in and the neighborhood seem safer and more sufficient than any others in town that I've looked at. I would appreciate it if you would consider my application for I am in need for an apart as soon as one becomes available. a lower floor if possible but will be happy with what ever ones are available in March. thank you for you consideration and time. Clean and neat apt. Close to the laundry room. Lots of closet space. Central location right around the corner from the grocery store. Quite neighborhood with security who patrols at night.

Fantastic Service and reliable maintenance Clean community and stately grounds lends to a feeling of home :)

Love the staff they are all really friendly and address concerns quite quickly. Location is convenient as well.
