I loved living there for 2 years. Jessica was an incredible property manager, the grounds were well maintained, maintenance was quick. I would rate excellent but after Jessica left the new property manager was truly terrible. She entered my apartment when I was gone without notice, accused me of having extra people living with me (I didn't), and tried to bully me into leaving a month sooner than I was planning because she had "many residents waiting to move in." This knocked down my rating significantly. I haven't lived there for 6 months and I really hope she is not still there but I do not know.
Great apartments, great location, great prices!
Harvard Apartments are the best value around. The apartments are quality and keep utility costs low. Issues are dealt with in a timely manner, and the management and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful!
I have lived here a year now. The apartment is fine, a very good value. It was renovated before I moved in so is like a brand new apartment. No mechanical issues. The Location is excellent near a big intersection but cannot hear any street noise. Allows quick drive to anywhere in town. Every day I go to MSU to the north and Cox south near the freeway. Quite a lot of retail in walking distance: Starbucks, Bass Pro, Ricks Automotive, gym, grocery, laundry, restaurants,.. almost every service you might need. Complex is on a wide but quiet street that seems to get little traffic considering the busy area. Walk Run or bike around tree lined residential area. The paperwork and management seems very well done as it is a subsidiary of the well managed large Wooten company. Most residents seem busy and gone to work or play every day so no problems with residents. I saw 2 unleashed pet dogs and 1 unleashed pet rabbit in the past year the only problems. No insect problems or rodents. Cell phones work fine. There are connections for cable and phones and some posts for dish that I do not use.
I have been livinig here at Harvard in one of the basement apartments for 8 years now and over all it has been a very enjoyable experience. Whenever I have a problem with anything I call the manager and it is usually taken care of quite promptly. Its central location makes it very practical and other than wishing I had new carpet (mine was already old when I moved in so it is in pretty bad condition) everything else is just great. The residents are generally quiet and usually very nice.
Harvard Apartments are a great location close to everything, but off the beaten path. Located just behind Bass Pro Shop, in a residential neighborhood, leaves you close to shopping, dining, entertainment, city bus stops and area campuses.
