Not going to beat the price in Springfield for what you get included here. The location is convenient, and the people and neighbors are nice. The apartments are large and well cared for.

There has been a time when my husband and I were strapped for money and I came and talked to them and let them know what was going on and they we're understanding and set up an alternate payment plan for the month! The staff is very professional and friendly!

Their Maintenace staff is top notch no complaints. People are kind of crappy about picking up after their pets. Staff is the office is always helpful and happy.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay there. We were there for a year until we bought our house. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome. They are quick to respond, very professional and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Golden Ponds.
