Very good Maint staff very efficient, Nice Office people and very good amenities. Parking is good and the pools are great.

I'm trying to move back here because it was a good place to live

They like to kick people out on the street weeks before Christmas, I'd rather rent under Ebenezer Scrooge or the Grinch.... I hope each and every person in the office gets a lump of coal for Christmas *Edit the review up above I will admit that it's childish but so are the people at the office. . . I could have been alot meaner but the people running the office are shady if you're thinking about moving here I wouldn't go through with it not even worth 1 star

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This facility is not tenant friendly. They will go to some great lengths to steal your deposit no matter what the situation. We paid rent for several years, never once late with rent ,left the place clean and moved out in 2 days. My brother lived there. I had to break his least because he had a life changing medical issue, which rendered him unable to live independently. Missouri statute says that in these conditions, breaking the lease is not punishable by deposit garnishment . We gave them plenty of notice, including medical professionals' written letters stating my brothers condition.They still kept his deposit. legal action is now being pursued, This place is also infested with roaches, and It's a problem they've never been able to fix. I would avoid renting here at all costs. There are better places to call home both short term or long.
