The building has severe health and safety issues -- multiple water leaks and constant pests/fruit flies. The management office does not seem to care, and will not treat you as if this is your home.

Love the feel of the loft style!! Very open and spacious and close to a lot of amenities in The Grove.

I lived in NYC for a little over 5 years but I'm a Saint Louis Native. I have always missed NYC after moving home and had a hard time finding the esthetic I was looking for in an apartment home in STL. Until NOW! Woodward Lofts has the gorgeous industrial Loft style apartments that reminds me of East Coast living. My husband and I enjoy cycling around Tower Grove and enjoy all the vegan food options nearby. I officially feel like I have a little NYC oasis in STL!

Kim (community manager) is an absolute pleasure and is very thorough. It is such a nice complex, with every ammentity you can imagine. Very secure building and high tech.
