I lived at the trilogy apartments for almost two years before my spouse and I moved. First the good. The location of the Trilogy Apartments is fantastic. You are minutes from I-170, Creve Coeur, The Delmar Loop, and Ladue. It is perfect for young professionals, college students, and families because of this. The pool is what you would expect, it is well maintained, not overly crowded, and kept clean. Unfortunately, that is where the good ends. When we moved in, the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. If you ran your hand across the counter, you could actually feel all the grime. Many other things were broken upon move in and required attention. In our almost two years there the AC went out four separate times. Once in the middle of July it was out for a week, Friday to Friday. This time we sought compensation (because it was over 100 outside that week AND the office knew there was a problem they were just putting band aid on) and we were told if we were homeowners we would have done the cheapest fixes first too. Keep in mind, our HVAC unit was actually so old, it was obsolete and should have been replaced proactively, not reactively in the hottest week of the year. A second time I attempted to call the emergency number that the automated system tells you to call only to find out that this number is the wrong number (it calls a law firm in another state) and that the manager was aware, but it was MY fault for not knowing the right number. My heat went out 3 separate times, once leaving my wife in an apartment that was 52 degrees for an entire weekend. The windows drafted so bad the curtains would physically blow out and removed any possibility of proper insulation while the heat was out. My apartment was constantly in need of being sprayed for bugs. I saw roaches in almost every closet on and off for my entire stay. The construction of the building was shoddy. However, the bad outweighed the good and I would caution anyone from renting from this complex. I

These people are SINISTER. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Day late they harass you. Old out dated apartments they charge up to $900 for, if you dont sign a lease then rent is over a $1000.00 and have the nerve to beg you to stay LOL

Looking for an overpriced apartment on Grossville? Then look no further. Old, stinky, bugs, poor maintenance and drains smell like lingering TARF. You got it =)

Incredibly expensive for the size and prone to pests, in my case brown spiders. Will keep your deposit and cite you for frivolous things that need "replacing." Windows leak when it rains. Oh, and not all units have wooden floors. Nasty carpeting that they say they change between residents, but still charge for minor stains. If you move here WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING. If you don't they will charge you for it, on top of these insane prices.
