I have several stories to share, but my best story is that we had a total flood in our apartment. They repaired empty apartments first, before they would fix our apartment. It took them five months to repair our aparment where my wife and I lived along with our 4 year old daughter. Trinity, who is the current managment team at Magnolia, made that decision.

On our last lease renewal, the manager and I agreed to a price over the phone. When Karly delivered the lease by email, it had the wrong amount, higher of course. I went down to the office assuming that she would readily admit to the mistake which she made. To my amazement, she wouldn 't fix the problem, she told me she was sorry and that there was nothing she could do. It was so strange to have her readily admit to her mistake, but do nothing about it. I've never had anybody admit to cheating me and then do nothing about it. It's cheating when they don't fix the problem.

Well, we just moved out. I wouldn't have written this type of review because I was concerned that the current management would have retaliated against me. Yes, it is that kind of place. They basically took my entire deposit on an apartment that they are about to rehab. They charged me for things like a missing electrical switch plate from a wall that was damaged during a flood. They fixed the wall but never replaced the plate. There are also trying to charge me for other items that were caused by water coming into the apartment via the walls, the ceiling and even a light fixture in the middle of our kitchen.

This place is dog city--pit bulls are the dog of choice. Every morning I would have somebody outside my apartment with their dog doing their business. Management didn't care, two of the employees who work there saw the same thing I did every morning.

Just as an FYI, the Avanlon is run by the same group. Renter beware.

This community is a hidden gem in Chesterfield! Tucked away right off Olive it is close to everything! The staff is friendly and was incredibly helpful with my move in process! My maintenance requests get taken care of so quickly. I am so glad I moved here!!

Was safe and good with previous owners. New owners have filled empty apartments at any cost. Every weekend loud profanity, fighting in courtyard. Threatened by drunks when you ask the mm to keep it down.
Apartment does nothing about it. Doesn't feel safe anymore.
