Going on my 5th year as a resident. Recently moved into an updated unit. The staff was awesome. My transition was smooth and i always recieve the upmost professionlism. I plan on being a resident for many years to come!!

From the very beginning, when I first talked to Ashley (I was relocating from Delaware with my job), she understood exactly what I needed, and when I arrived the apartment was perfect. I truly loved that apartment. I always got immediate service when I placed a service call (which was only a few times).

A letter for Jenna, the manager.
Its been a month since I had reported about the frozen pipes of my washer. You had sent maintenance workers to come over and check it a couple of times and still not fixing it. At the very beginning, you blamed the weather but I knew its not true because while I cant run my washer, my neighbors can use theirs. Besides, the pipes would still be frozen when the temperature is not that cold outside, just several degrees below zero. After I googled and checked BY MYSELF, I told you theres a big hole on my wall which may cause the frozen pipes. You said my words were intentionally and then you sent your worker again to seal the hole with some foam which is still not helping at all! Until today while Im typing, nobody could figure out the reason why my pipes are easily frozen and how to fix it. You think youre gonna pay the laundry money while I have to drive to the other end of the community back and forth carrying loads of clothes between my apartment and the fittness room in the frigid weather is a compensation for me??? I paid for a rent with an indoor laundry unit and you made me use the shared washer in the community.
If you dont know what you should do next, here are two options. One is you sent someone for the very last time to reroute the pipes and guarantee that I can use my washer when the temperature is below zero. The other is that you would credit or refund some of my rent.
I guess you cant do either. So dont even bother to send your workers over and over again just checkingand pretending you care.

1) A/C does not effectively cool the first level even after multiple service requests; some vents simply do not work - property needs to upgrade vents. 2) Pest control remains a serious problem especially during the warmer months. 3) Outside of apartment will flood after rainfall causing entry & exit inconvenience 4) Poor quality of closet, bathroom, A/C; poor value for money.
