Going on my 5th year as a resident. Recently moved into an updated unit. The staff was awesome. My transition was smooth and i always recieve the upmost professionlism. I plan on being a resident for many years to come!!

From the very beginning, when I first talked to Ashley (I was relocating from Delaware with my job), she understood exactly what I needed, and when I arrived the apartment was perfect. I truly loved that apartment. I always got immediate service when I placed a service call (which was only a few times).

1) A/C does not effectively cool the first level even after multiple service requests; some vents simply do not work - property needs to upgrade vents. 2) Pest control remains a serious problem especially during the warmer months. 3) Outside of apartment will flood after rainfall causing entry & exit inconvenience 4) Poor quality of closet, bathroom, A/C; poor value for money.

Many mix-ups with rent payments and special offers. Challenges getting the complex to fix cable/internet wiring within the building (tenants cannot have charter fix them within the building due to lack of access of spaces where wired). Long repair times on our AC unit. Finishes on apartment are poor (doors stick in jams, or don't stay latched shut, crooked walls, missing trim, missing crown molding).

The process for extending my lease was sneaky as I asked repeatedly what the total amount was for a new lease which at the time they said $10, but it end up being $40 extra a month which was not clear during resigning my lease agreement. I convinced my friend to move to The District in November and his experience was poor. His apartment wasn't up to par and he had to wait 2 weeks to look at another unit which was not ideal either. Lastly, there is a major dog feces problem due to lazy residents.
