(7 Ratings)I would not recommend this complex. When I first moved in the grounds/landscape was okay not perfect but no major issues. As the year went on the grounds were less taken care of. Constantly filthy with trash and the grass is was constantly over grown. The apartments are old and falling apart. I lived on a top level apartment and when I contacted the front office inquiring when the next time they were coming around to clean the windows for Spring/Summer they informed me this year they would not be cleaning them or reimburse us if we had someone come clean them. They were so dirty from dust collection over the winter that in the spring we could not open them for fresh air. The one up side I will say is that maintenance is very quick to respond to concerns/issues.

The best thing about this complex is the clubhouse and you can't live in there! They bait you in with move-in specials for a 600 sq ft apartment and when its time to renew your lease you will be shocked with their "market rate". You have to make your decision soon because each month the renewal amount goes up. Your water, trash etc that you pay in addition to your rent is based on the ENTIRE building usage! Which is about $40 and even more when the weather is freezing because they insist that you keep the water running or they will hold you responsible for burst pipes. The apartments are outdated and overpriced. You are really paying for the area, which is not great. Good luck finding a parking spot close to your apartment if you come in after 5 pm. Safety first ladies! Numerous maintenance requests. Old machines in the gym and most of the time they were broken. They never dusted or cleaned the exercise room...I joined the Y down the street! The laundry room is decent, Steve the laundry attendant was always helpful. The landings where I lived was never painted or repaired the wood was rotten and unsightly and I couldn't believe that I was paying over 800 for this apartment. Don't get to know your neighbors because they will be gone within the year. Lived there a couple of years had new neighbors up and down. The nightmare does not end when you leave.. they will bill you for trumped-up charges.... water, trash from the beginning of your lease. Oh yeah, you will be responsible for the carpet maintenance even when you lived there over 2 years and not once did they offer to clean your carpet on renewal or do touch up paint. View Less

Very functional apartments, well designed and maintained. Also good amenities and great location. Overall is a good return for your money. The only two complaints that I have are: 1.- Too many privacy invasions. Almost every week somebody was inside my apartment for a fix or upgrade when I was not there. 2.- The staff is too rude. Specially a lady in the leasing office; probably that is her style, but she should no be in a front desk.

The worst apartment , worst office staffs and management and also racist. Choose carefully, this is not a place for anyone who love their peace of mind. They will do their best to rip you off.

The staff is very nice and easy to deal with, they are also very quick to get something to maintenance and maintenance will come the same day or next. 5 mins away from grocery stores and restaurants which makes it an awesome location. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious, I have a 3 bedroom and theres plenty of room and storage ! Highly recommend!
