Very functional apartments, well designed and maintained. Also good amenities and great location. Overall is a good return for your money. The only two complaints that I have are: 1.- Too many privacy invasions. Almost every week somebody was inside my apartment for a fix or upgrade when I was not there. 2.- The staff is too rude. Specially a lady in the leasing office; probably that is her style, but she should no be in a front desk.
The worst apartment , worst office staffs and management and also racist. Choose carefully, this is not a place for anyone who love their peace of mind. They will do their best to rip you off.
Great area and great place! The staff is very nice and easy to deal with, they are also very quick to get something to maintenance and maintenance will come the same day or next. 5 mins away from grocery stores and restaurants which makes it an awesome location. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious, I have a 3 bedroom and theres plenty of room and storage ! Highly recommend!
I would give this place zero stars if google reviews allowed. I rented an apartment for 3 months but actually lived in it less than 1 month. I am a middle aged woman who stayed up there during the week and returned home to my family on the weekends. I did not have a dog or pet. The apartment was kept immaculately clean. On our final moving day, a worker who inspects the apartments met with us, but since we were still packing up, he could not officially inspect the apartment. I told him that my only concern was t we had a hot water tank leak my daughter found on an overnight visit at the apartment. I notified apartment maintenance immediately upon my daughter notifying me of the leak and listed it as emergent via their resident portal. It took them 24-48 hours to respond. He looked at the hot water heater and carpet in front of the closet where the hot water is kept and stated that unofficially he could not see anything that would warrant damage charges but, he could not officially inspect the apartment until all items were removed. Ironically after that, they could not inspect the apartment at a time when I could be there. At no time was I sent a bill of final utilities or damage charges from Mills/Pavilion Apartments. Instead, I receive a notice from a collection agency stating that I owed 59.75 in Utilities for 47 days and 58.00 in damages for enzyme treatment for odor in the carpet. The only odor or any problem with the carpet had to be from the hot water heater leak that I reported as emergent, but yet it took them 24-48 hours to respond. On the day of our final move, there was no odor noted by us. My final rent payment and utilities billing for trash, water, wastewater was placed on my door with a rubber band. What kind of business bills customers by using a rubber band to adhere it to the door knob of your apartment. I will likely pay this bill just because I am not willing to allow it to affect my credit score. All I can say is RENTER BEWARE!!!
For a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom the price is great and the staff is awesome and very friendly! Great location also! One of the best apartments Ive lived in so far. Highly recommend
