Charged $5 monthly for pest control however the exterior is infested with spider webs (spiders/bugs). The interior units are not sprayed despite paying the monthly fee. I've purchased my own bug repellent to spray the interior & exterior doorway. Also had brown recluse in my unit multiple times.

I enjoy living at ReNew Creve Coeur. Spacious apartment units with good amenities, very good neighborhood, and accessible to all the places. Special mentions to the staff ( Allie and Christine). they are friendly and amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I love living here. My apartment is so sound proof I forget that I have neighbors sometimes. The hardwood floors and in unit laundry is just the cherry on top. Kevin & Rease from maintenance are always timely and ask questions to get a full understanding of what is happening in my apartment, it doesn't feel like they are trying to get in and out super quick. It's nice to get the surveys after the job is completed so we can hold everyone accountable and leave feedback. Christine & Allie are so nice and communicative, always throwing us parties and events with free food. They let us bring our dog in to the office visit and make us feel like family.
