    Awful I mean awful staff. Keyana in the leasing office is terrible..I went for a tour on Wednesday filled out the application sent my bank statements and job offer letter in within an hour of the tour..even went back after I filled the app out and told them I wanted to live there. They never once got in touch with me. Called everyday for 8 days. Told them the first day I had to be out of my current living situation in a week. She didnt send in my background until I emailed the office saying how unprofessional she was. My background check takes a min since Im formal military and a law enforcement officer. I payed $140 for an app fee so I stopped applying other places because I couldnt afford it. Again I told them time was an issue. Finally on day 8 of hearing nothing she said she would have an answer for me in 10 min..she even had me send my bank info in again claiming she lost it..after an hour and a half I had to email her again just for her to say I didnt get accepted due to my bad credit which isnt accurate because Im going through a divorce! So Im no homeless having to live at the VA because no one would get back to me in time! They could care less and are lazy!! I even had a co signer but they didnt tell me until after my co signed applied and paid for the app fee I had to be a student to use a co signer! When I asked if they accept consignees she said yes! Im so upset because Im living in a homeless shelter for vets at the moment. I make plenty of money and work at SSM Health. Keyana is awful and wasted my time and money knowing good and well I had no place to go and couldnt afford to apply anywhere else until they made a decision. An app process doesnt take 8 days two max! She shouldnt be allowed to work in customer service!! Thanks for taking your time and treating a disabled vet and law enforcement officer this way!
