Where to begin... Parking is a nightmare. The front offices' solution was to charge $25 a month for reserved parking spots if you want to park near your apartment. Nobody picks up after their dogs around there. There is dog poop everywhere. The front office is impossible to get ahold of first try and when you do get ahold of them you rarely get a straight answer about anything. The walls and floors are really thin so you hear everything. The apartments aren't sealed well so your electric bill is always really high. Most apartments have carpeting throughout which is a nightmare when you have pets or children. The apartments themselves aren't kept up well with cracks on the ceiling and walls. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!
Horrible maintenance, took days sometimes 1.5-2 weeks to get issues fixed, parking HORRIBLE! Management sucked
I love it here! I've been here for a month now, it's quiet and friendly! Shannon and Amanda are awesome! The only problem I had was my air conditioning was not working, I called the office and Shannon was very sweet and my air conditioner was replaced the day I called! Could not ask for more!
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone wanting to move here. There is only 3 total maintenance workers for the whole complex so nothing truly gets fixed. The office staff is the biggest handful of horrible people I have ever met. My dog was sick, not expecting him to get sick again, I took him out and didn't happen to bring a bag with me and the office manager was yelling at me across the parking lot that I have to clean it up, as rudely as she could, seeing what was going on with my dog (i had full intentions of going back with a bag to get what I could). They constantly send out rude, threatening flyers for different things, only making them seem more hateful and impersonal. The pool is a joke. It's as small as could be, and is constantly covered in bugs, dead and alive, even a day after their supposed cleaning day. We've had mold in our unit in multiple places and all they tell us is 'clean it with kitchen cleaning supplies', allergies have been terrible every month, no matter the season because of it. When we moved in, they knew we had a dog, and never mentioned to us once that they have a dog park. We move out this weekend, and we happened to go to the other side of the complex completely across the street just to see one, nor was it advertised anywhere on any website. Something as simple as informing residents that they do infact have an area for their dog to run around instead of being cooped up in the apartment day in and day out. On top of everything else, we're on the top floor and there hasn't been a month since it started getting warm, that the apartment actually gets to the temperature the AC is set on, causing electric bills to be sky high no matter what. They came by once to replace an air filter, claiming it would help, and nothing has helped ever since. Parking is a nightmare unless you happen to come home before any one else does in the work day. The only plus side is that we haven't had any problems with neighbors or other pets
