Very lack of respect and rats and bugs and foundation is bad and just plain disgusting not worth it

Went to the apartments awhile back and there was dog crap everywhere in the grass area. The dishwasher was portable, which is okay, but still. While the apartments are dated, they have the potential but needs updating, especially if you are going to raise the rent.

I called all last week and no one answered and their voicemail was full. Clearly no one is checking the vm. So I came on this site so I could email them and havent received a response. Had one question, why isnt the pool operating and will it be fixed. Was interested bc its near work but cant even get a response! I never leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous.

We went to take a tour. Didn't even bother to go in. Very run down trash everywhere. Broken doors on balconies. Trash piled up on balconies. Parking lot full of trash and old furniture. Not good at all.

Don't move here my apartment had a mouse problem killed five mice in one week and then the next week a bird got stuck in the outside vent. The ladies apartment next to me had roaches the pool was never clean they never put the proper chemicals in it if yo stood on the ground above the pool you could see a film on it and they raise your rent every year
