This has been my second year here and I am very pleased with the quality and high vibration of the people living here. The property is well kept and even though there is always room for some improvements, over-all everything is great. The management has been wonderful. At first I was sad when that last property manager Traci left, but to my surprise the new and current one, Nick has been simply amazing. He always has smile and hug for you and immediately takes care of anything that is needed. If he isn't making coffee for everyone, he's out doing whatever he can to make this place run as smooth as possible. Dedicated and good souls like Nick and also Antonio (maintenance) really make a difference in our world here and truly help us call Convent Gardens home.
This Is a Good Place To Live. Great Atmosphere and Good People.I was born and raised in the central west end.
The leasing and maintenance staff is nice, attentive and dedicated. The building is well maintained and in good repair. Outside green space and dog park is a huge plus.
The apartment isn't just a white box, it's well designed with gold/beige color walls and white trip. While it's well designed, it's not well-built. It was put together as cheaply as possible--as is everything these days--and lacks finish. Through-wall ac/heaters are expensive and badly installed--leak cold air in winter. Staff is friendly and attentive to solving problems.
The building is maintained, clean, and the grounds well cared for and landscaped. I've always had a great response time on maintenance issues. I docked a point because quite frankly some occupants treat this like a dorm but incidents have been minor. The rent is a little high yet affordable for the area.
