Very friendly staff and management. Aurdie was very helpful throughout my stay and the amenities were nice!

Living here has been great so far. The staff keeps everything clean, every maintenance request has been resolved within a day, and overall I feel very safe. Walking distance to tons of great bars and restaurants too. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in moving to the Soulard area.

Coming up on a year living here - location and amenities are great. Security goes above and beyond to make tenants feel safe. Management is super helpful and always has something going on. In the past they’ve planned social events, had donation boxes to support the community and even discount tickets to events in the city. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I have lived at 1400 Russell for the last 3 years and have absolutely loved it! The management team is excellent and very responsive. They are also very organized and work hard to make the apartment complex an enjoyable place to live in. The building and parking garage are both very secure from multiple entry points. Also, Aurdie who is the head of security is awesome! He is super friendly, always knows what's going on around the building, and is very protective of the residents. Lastly, the maintenance team is wonderful. They are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help out around the building. I am proud to have called 1400 Russell my home for the last 3 years and am super sad to be moving out this month. Will definitely miss living here!

I've lived here for a year now and this apartment and the team who take care of it are great! My packages are brought to my door, the common areas are clean and well maintained, and constant improvements are being done. There are guidelines to follow for tenants and they are enforced. While that may not be attractive to everyone, it's something that I really appreciate. I would not choose to live somewhere that didn't hold tenants accountable to maintaining the security, cleanliness, and peace that I expect from a "Luxury Apartment". I feel safe living here and the security staff take their job seriously. Also great: the rooftop pool, the hot tub, the courtyard, the free espresso, underground parking garage, the social events, etc. Although this is a very dog friendly building, and I'm not a pet person, I have never been bothered by a neighbor's dog. I have had nothing but good experiences here and Amanda and her team are always eager to go above and beyond!

Don't have a single complaint, 1400 is everything someone could ask for. The location is great and the people are amazing. We came to soulard for a good time and that's what we are getting. Amanda and Artie have made us feel very welcomed and tend to any of our problems. They really have hit the nail on the head here.

Deciding to live at 1400 Russell has been such a great decision! I am new to St. Louis and was looking to be in an area close to downtown with walking access to bars and restaurants. This building is exactly what I was looking for- great location, brand new with all the best features and a friendly helpful staff. While I love the roof top pool, the heated garage has quickly become one of my favorite features now that it’s winter time! The building is quiet and residents are friendly. Also, it is very safe- there’s security at night and you can only enter the building with a key fob. Highly recommend it here!

Location is ideal for anyone going out on weekends, socially minded/outgoing, or wanting quick access to downtown and Interstate access around the City. Amenities such as pool and hot tub are nice to have, along with a really nice gym for basic needs. The garage is heated (~70 degrees) which pays off big in the Midwest winters. My neighbors are very friendly which makes the living experience much better. But Aurdie is the BEST security man!
