Excelsior Gardens is a lovely place to live! Management is understanding and easy to access for any issues, and maintenance does an excellent job keeping up the property. Also, the neighbors are friendly. The apartments are well-built and in a great area, especially if you have children. The school is top notch!

I would of loved to applied however its 200 just to apply.. I mean who has 200 just to use to apply and take a chance of losing it! I think its outrageous to expect that of people!
